This is the free audiobook edition of Selma Lagerlof’s novel Invisible Links. Lagerlof was born in Vaermland, Sweden in 1858 and was a renowned writer who was a recipient of a Nobel Prize in Literature in 1909. Invisible Links is a collection of short stories that focuses on the “invisible links” that guide a person’s life and actions.
This collection of short stories was first publisjed in 1894 with the English translation being released in 1895. The stories are mostly set in Lagerlof’s hometown of Vaermland while some of the stories are based around old Swedish legends while others are connected to Lagerlof’s previous works. This if often cited as a great introductory novel to those interested in Selma Lagerlof’s works.
