The story focuses on a top secret mission of skilled FBI Agent, Ken Malone. Malone has been tasked of tracking down a spy who is stealing valuable information from the Ultra Top Absolute Secret project.

The unknown spy openly mocks the FBI as he or she continues to easily steal data right from under their noses. The spy uses a still unknown method to steal information directly from the minds of the scientists themselves which has baffled and stumped the FBI. Of course, this is not a Randall Garrett tale without some weird occurrences. The strange comes in the form of a Sweet Little Old Lady who is in fact an immortal. Along with other insane characters, Ken Malone dives in head first into an upside down world of spy versus spy shenanigans.
