Two Tales from the Iron Druid Chronicles contains two stories from the beloved novels. This audiobook edition is narrated by Luke Daniels and features “Kaibab Unbound” and “A Test of Mettle” from the Iron Druid Chronicles.

Kaibab Unbound is set just a short while after the events of Book 1 of the series called Hounded. In this tale, Atticus must help protect one of Earth’s elementals from the clutches of a powerful coven that wishes to use its power for their own gain. This is another trial that Atticus must accomplish before he steps into the realm of powerful gods and monsters.

A Test of Mettle is set within the time frame of the third book of the series, Hammered. In this story, Oberon and Granuale MacTiernan finally discovers that Atticus does not have any say in the matter that concerns who will be the Druid’s apprentice and hence a battle of will, mind and mettle will take place.

These stories are not only amazing companion pieces for the Iron Druid series but also perfect introduction to some of the lore in this world.
